Northwest Indiana District
By NCN News Staff
The Board of General Superintendents announced on Tuesday that David E. Bartley was elected district superintendent for Northwest Indiana.
With General Superintendent J. K. Warrick presiding, Bartley was elected on the eighth ballot. His new assignment will be effective 30 days after his May 1 election.
Bartley succeeds Lee Woolery as district superintendent for Northwest Indiana. Woolery is retiring after nearly 17 years leading the district.
Bartley currently serves as pastor of Indiana’s South Bend First Church of the Nazarene, a position he’s held since 2003. He served previously as worship arts pastor at Crossroads Community Church of the Nazarene, and as associate pastor at Fairmeadow Community Church of the Nazarene.
He is a graduate of Olivet Nazarene University and Nazarene Theological Seminary.
David and Jolyne Bartley reside in Granger, Indiana.
